The Class

Challenge yourself at yoga-listic with your daily dose of yoga using functional movements performed at high intensity. It’s time to go beyond your limits and discover your mind, body and soul.

Please bring a yoga mat, a small towel and a big bottle of water and, most importantly, energy, enthusiasm, an open mind and a sense of humour. Wear comfortable, fitted, stretchy clothing and flip flops/slip-on shoes as we do the class barefoot.  (NOTE: Loose t-shirts are not advised!)
